Planka: Bio and Discography
Planka is the rock group and the girl who sings. The group plays beautiful and smart music, some kind of milk-and-honey soft progressive rock, somewhere inspired by Coldplay, Genesis and Cocteau Twins music.
The group formed in Russia at 2000, and played electronic and new wave music. The hits "Deadly Sin" (“Смертный Грех", “Finger-Gun” ("Палец-Пистолет") “I Stand on One Leg” ("На одной ноге стою") “Forget/Don`t Remember” ( "Забыла/Не Помню") were on the top of Russian charts.

At the end of 2006 group starts international actions and made a little European tour. After that Planka starts to write and record songs in English, to be closer to European fans.
The new and the most beautiful album called “Georgine” coming soon. As the side-project, the totally-electronic album “Homo-Drill” made special for German club fans of Planka.
